I only knew 2 chords when I started
Now I'm in a band, I'm an independent singer songwriter, and can play just about any song I want.
I am 15 and have been taking lessons with Gill for 3-4 years.
I now know how to utilize scales in soloing, songwriting and improvising, and I know dozens of chords.
I have a really enjoyable time in lessons.
Gill is very understanding and helps me get past any mental blocks.

From when I first started guitar over two years ago, I feel as if I've jumped leaps ahead. Miss Gill has helped me grow exponentially.
I can finally play with confidence, and learn almost any song I want to.
Every time I come across a problem, Miss Gill helps me overcome it and learn even quicker.
She's helped me grow so much in just a short time.
If anyone is thinking about taking lessons with her, I'd have to say "YES!"
You'll find your growth shocking!

I have been taking lessons with Gill for 5 years now. I have grown in skill and in good technique.
I really struggled at first moving from "easy chords" to bigger chords, but over time I've become a lot better at playing.
I'm more confident now, and find my chord changes are much smoother and easier.
Learning with Gill has been great! She is really nice and I enjoy her friendly interactions and talent.

I have been taking guitar lessons from Gill since 2019, and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon.
Back then, I found it hard to focus and commit to anything. That all changed when I started lessons with Gill. Now I’m more focused and can commit more easily.
I took music classes before and never really understood music. Since I’ve been taking guitar lessons with Gill, I can now read and play music easily and fluidly.
I LOVE playing, singing, and listening to music.
I don’t think I’d be the same person I am now without Gill, so I want to thank her for all that she’s done.
5/5 stars—no question. If I could give more, I would.
Thank you, Gill.

I have gone from barely being able to shape chords to being able to play almost anything!
I have been playing guitar for four years and three of them have been with Gill.
I look forward to the weekly lessons because I always have a good time, and enjoy showing off what I have accomplished each week.
Gill is very patient with me and with my mistakes and always tries to help me fix them.
I will not stop lessons unless I am forced.

I took lessons from Gill for about 2-3 years, and in my personal opinion, scales, and learning how to use both the left and right sides of my brain simultaneously, took my creativity and music making to peak performance!
Scales, chord progressions, and the "spider" exercise is what helped me learn accuracy, speed and functionality in all of my fingers.
Gill is easily one of the best guitarists I know.
She is great at what she does, and learning from her will improve you in every way.

Working with Gill has been such a joy for our famiy. She brings an incredible, infectious energy to every single lesson - you honestly never see her without a smile!
What I appreciate the most is her intuition. Gill has a gift for sensing exactly when my kids are struggling or feeling overwhelmed, Instead of pushing through, she immediately pivots and changes tactics to keep the momentum positive. It's made such a huge difference in my kids' confidence and their love for the guitar.
As a working mom, there are some weeks where the only time I pick up my guitar is during my lesson, yet I've still loved seeing my own skills grow every single week.
It's been a bonding experience for me and my two boys - Kyle and Oliver, and our shared love for music and the guitar.

We've taken online lessons with Gill for a few years now and have absolutely LOVED every lesson. She communicates so well, and my son has had so much fun learning new songs every week.
He's grown not only in guitar skills , but in confidence & knowledge. She stretches him and gives him excellent things to practice.
She takes time when he's frustrated - stepping back to help him work through things and move forward.
We've even done joint lessons with a cousin, and they've grown so much together.
We will continue for as long as she will have us!

Gillian has been a great teacher for my son, who started his journey
with playing guitar a few years ago.
He really enjoys her teaching style, and I have seen him progress and enjoy playing the guitar so much!
She is very "in tune" with her students and what they need, and she makes things very fun for the students.
I've been very impressed!
Five stars!
